How to make:
Muddle the mint leaves with the gin and lemon curd then add the other ingredients and shake well. Fine strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
30 ml | Monkey 47 gin |
30 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Lemon Syrup |
6 unit | Mint leaves |
2 barspoon | Lemon curd |
5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Notes:
Add the lemon curd first and use the gin to rinse the spoon, or use a couple of the mint leaves to wipe off the remaining lemon curd.
