• 45 ml Australian Distilling Co. Rhapsody Ruby Gin
• 15 ml Fino sherry
• 22.5 ml Lemon juice
• 15 ml Falernum
• 4 drops Rhubarb bitters
• Dash egg white

The creator says: "The fruit forward tea nature of the Rhapsody led me straight down the sherry rabbithole, playing around with Cobblers and London Calling style classics. I finally flipped the script and turned the whole drink into a sour. Which strangely enough is my least favourite style of cocktail. This however is a version even I can get around!"
