- 40 ml Adelaide Gin
- 20 ml Dolin Blanc
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml House-made cardamom, lavender and pink pepper spent citrus oleo
- 15 ml egg white
- 60 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
The creator says: "This is a different take on a gin fizz. Playing off the light fluffy texture I created a delicate and floral version of it.
