As well as contract distilling for others, in 2023, Pleasant Lands launched its own brands.
White Cliff's Gin is a contemporary London dry style-gin using maritime elements and botanicals Seb sees as representative of the aromas you get from walking along the local cliff tops.
Not to be confused with an apple-flavoured vodka, Eve Vodka is entirely distilled from whole apples, which are crushed, de-seeded and de-stemmed, then fermented with champagne yeast and distilled. Most vodkas are made from grain or potato, but Eve is one of the world's only apple vodkas.
Distiller's Editions are one-off limited editions, usually eau-de-vie made from overproduction fruit sourced from local farms. Examples are damson and plum eaux-de-vies made using wild yeast fermentation.
In 2023, using the almond stones, which were a by-product of making an apricot eau-de-vie, Pleasant Lands produced 1,000 bottles of Amaretto Liqueur, which sold out in just six weeks. There are plans to repeat both the eau-de-vie and the liqueur.
This maritime-inspired contemporary London dry is designed to transport you to a bracing coastal clifftop walk. It is based on grain-neutral spirit redistilled
Eve Vodka is distilled on a farm from fermented apples and should not be confused with apple-flavoured vodkas made with industrial-scale neutral spirits.
