Crossfire Hurricane Rum – The brand & band

Crossfire Hurricane is produced from 100% Jamaican rum with no added sugar, made according to the requirements associated with Jamaica's geographical indication for rum.

The rum is distilled and aged in Jamaica before being shipped for bottling for different international markets.

The relationship between The Stones and Jamaica dates back to the early 1970s, when they recorded at Dynamic Sound in Kingston, became absorbed in the island's music, and formed close bonds with the artists who made it. These relationships predate the creation of the rum by half a century, and while the band provide the name, history and cultural framework surrounding Crossfire Hurricane, it's Jamaica that provides the spirit – quite literally.

Crossfire Hurricane benefits from being backed by one of the world's best-known and most regarded rock bands, but the rums owe their soul to four very different Jamaican distilleries and the blending expertise of Ian Burrell and Cairbry Hill.

Crossfire Hurricane's rock-and-roll credentials may attract the initial attention, but the brand celebrates and champions another of Jamaica's great cultural exports – rum.
