The Tardy family have been bouilleur de cru for five generations with father and son, Christian and Christophe, now running the 110-hectare estate which straddles the Fins Bois and Bons Bois crus. The family and their chateau are perhaps better known for their bed and breakfast facilities than they are their cognac.
