Established in 1948, Antica Distilleria Invitti (formerly Distilleria La Valtellinese) in Sondrio is run by the third generation of the Invitti family. It distils some 80% of the Nebbiolo grape (locally known as Chiavennasca) pomace produced in Valtellina to make a single-varietal grappa. The family both distil and bottle their grappa.

The distillery is accessible to visitors with tasting sessions, guided visits and retail sales.
