An 18th Century threshing barn set in the Henley countryside is home to The Henley Distillery and its two flame-heated 300-litre copper alembic stills, named Tony and Mac. Each numbered bottle produced is hand-filled and hand-labelled. The Henley Distillery is owned and run by Henley-born Jacob Wilson and his family.
