I guess it depends a lot on the verjuis.I got an austrian one, pretty sweet and fruity. Lighter drink but very good. I used Pernod instead of a real Pastis and put some milled nutmeg on it, worked perfectly well.
Hard drink but crazy flavours. I love it. Used Carpano antica formula
I dont often pour a drink into the drain. For me the Crème de cacao doesnt go well with the dry vermouth. But maybe I made something wrong. I used Planteray 3 Stars, Noilly Prat, De Kuypers Dutch Cacao and Pechauds bitters
