No need for the syrup, imo. Plenty sweet with just the juice.

Made this with a Buddha's Hand rather than a lemon (about a quarter, cut into pieces). Very zesty, looked cool.

Used an extra 30 ml grapefruit and 30 ml soda water instead of the grapefruit soda, it was good.
