Used Lot 40 Canadian Rye (as not touching American spirits for foreseeable future..) and a few more drops of bitters(Seasn DARK). Delicious after a long day!
Enjoyed it but agree with the higher absinthe to Water ratio !
Brilliant cocktail. Ran out of lime so ended up 30 ml lime/30 ml lemon. Garnished with star anise
Great variation for Espresso Martini day. Agree with Simon’s suggestion to add some sugar syrup if Mr Black’s is used.
