Very good. Great blending of the three different liquors. I added two dashes of orange bitters also. More of a classic Bijou I guess.

Love this. I like that the sweetness is tampered by the lime so it doesn't come across as a sweet but not tart either. Great refreshing drink to sip on. Going to be one of my regulars I'm sure.
I wasn't sure about this one with all the tartness of the raspberries and lemon juice but I have to say it was exceptionally good. It balanced well after topping off with the club soda. Makes a very impressive looking cocktail with its deep red color. Float a few fresh raspberries on top and presto...you have a great cocktail to share!
Made this as directed except I used orange bitters. I found it refreshing. I bit on the tart side with the grapefruit and lemon juices but very drinkable and enjoyable. I suppose you could add a small bit of simple syrup but I think it would distract from the balance of the vodka, benedictine and grapefruit. Defiinetely will keep this one on my home menu for guests.
Tried and found it anything but sweet. It wasn't bad but I'm not sure how most would enjoy it. Next time I'll try it with Aperol and see if it changes it much. Perhaps for tequila drinkers it would be fine as it. I like providing option so I'll play around with this a bit.
Very grapefruit forward. Love it but I love grapefruit. A bit of a tart drink and definitely not sweet for those that do NOT like the sweet drinks. Very good, very drinkable.
Definitely has the base taste of a Manhattan but the Cognac give it just a bit different depth. Very good. Easy on the taste buds. Love it!
!
I found this very refreshing and a nice alternative to the standard gin style cocktail. I'm not a big Ginger Beer fan but found that it blended nicely with the Apple Brandy.
I found this to be not only pleasing to the eye (almost an emerald green) but very drinkable. Just a slight tartness but not enough to discourage sipping it. A great cocktail that would surely impress the guests in both its appearance and its taste. The Cognac works nicely with the Blue Curacao and the lemon juice. Will make this again, especially for guests as it is quite an elegant cocktail.
This was surprisingly nice. I was impressed and will try it with friends. Very different than I was expecting. Pleasantly surprised.
Awesome. I was expecting more of the whiskey flavor but the blackberry really balanced it out. I was out of Woodford so I used a Rye Whiskey instead. Definitely a keeper!!!
Enjoyed this cocktail. The blackberry was very apparent but not over powering. I'm not a real fruit forward cocktail person, more of a Manhattan type guy but I enjoyed this as a change.
Triple sec, Sugar syrup (2:1), Lemon juice, Cognac (brandy), (+ 3 more)
Enjoyed this but not my favorite. I'd probably opt for a Manhattan instead. Definitely has some orange flavors dominating the drink. Surprisingly not as sweet as I expected with the Triple-Sec and simple sugar. It is good though, I would definitely make it again with friends to get their take.
Love this. If you enjoy a Manhattan, then you'll like this. I didn't have pineapple and an orange so I used my fallback, home canned cherries in bourbon and triple-sec. Oh yeah!
Much more lemony than I expected. Fixed with 2:1 simple syrup and it was very refreshing. I'm more of a Manhattan kind of guy so this was a real change and delight for me. Will definitely make this for friends that are not so much into whiskeys.
