This is really nice. This is rough and smooth at the same time. Very delicate and robust all at once. Love it.

Realy liked it. I am quite fond of Kümmel though. Because of Chris statement that IT would BE top dry, i added about 5ml simple Sirup. Its very boozy but still very nicely balanced.
I like this one very much. It was just a tiny bit too sweet for me, so I added 2 dashes of Angostura. Balances it out perfectly for me. I will try it with orange bitters next time though.
