Wow! Not really sure what I was expecting but this is a really lovely cocktail. Such diverse flavours but it works..
Made this with the Black Cow Christmas spirit vodka and no mincemeat. It kinda worked.
I did add a dropoff saline which seemed to take the sharpness off (for me). Loved it.
