At first I thought this drink was a bit of an unfocused mess, but then I tried adding a lemon peel and it was a significant improvement - really bringing the flavors together.
Drink needs lime to balance it out. I added about 1/3 oz lime juice and a touch of orgeat for balance
I love this one! It's very complex and not nearly as bitter as I expected. The cardamom of the Ango tends to dominate the other bitters so I might try cutting that back a bit next time.
Interesting drink but seems like it's missing a bit of balance. Adding a bit of lime juice helped.
Too sour as spec'd. Needs more jam or less lemon juice for balance.
