I used Martini red bitters and Antica Formula. What a divinely decadent drink - still deliciously bitter, but like sipping Seville oranges laced with the darkest, most brittle luxury chocolate. A keeper.

I used Montenegro and Hine VSOP and I’m watching Wimbledon, so I swapped out raspberries for strawberries. I added a dash more lime juice, the tiniest spot of strawberry syrup and a twist of black pepper. It’s really delicious - feels summery and decadent but it’s very well-balanced. Grown up and not at all too sweet. Mind you, I guess it’s probably an entirely different cocktail now? 😂
