I bought this to make a Christmas Negroni. It was delicious. I was not familiar with it prior to the “Christmas drinks post recently” An excellent addition. I tried some with tonic and found it to bring out the clove and herbal flavors.

One of my favorites. I sometimes use Amaro Luciano instead of Averna. Delicious.
Well balanced blend of sweet and bitter. I used Noilly Prat for the vermouth which is probably drier. The cherry garnish finishes the drink. It added just a touch more sweetness.
