Quite good but a touch on the sweet side. I’ll try to turn down the agave syrup if I make it again.

Very nice daiquiri. Fruity but with a subtle bitterness. I didn’t have any sugar cane syrup so I substituted it with maple syrup which actually worked out quite well.

Great and well rounded cocktail! Replaced the celery gin with normal gin + celery bitters. Worked like a charm!
