Ahh this is a flavour bomb! A little sour, a little sweet. Went a little heavier on the bitters and liked the added aromatics. Not too cloying - the grenadine stays in the background. A summer winner!

This is a sumptuous sour! Made it with orgeat and half lemon, half lime. Too bad we’re on the cusp of winter right now.
Delicate, floral aperitif, lovely to sip very cold. I’d consider shorting the maraschino, but that’s just my preference for something a little less sweet. I used a dry, unoaked Chardonnay and it worked well in this recipe.
This drink made a Krauter liquor acquired on vacation palatable :) .
This is a lovely, soft sip. Not too boozy, just a hint of sweetness.
So smokey (I used Mezcal Verde Momento)! This one is a nice, slow sipper. The orange carries the finish.
I luuuurve this one!
A new favorite for me…
I am not a huge fan of rhum drinks, or sweeter drinks in general. This, however, is fantastic. The interplay of the Campari with the sweet and sour elements makes this very drinkable - great on a hot, humid day.
I like it, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to make it again. I guess I'm ambivalent about it.
I shorted the Cherry by 1/4 oz and boosted the Ardbeg a notch and reached perfection. Love this one.
