Added some drops of vanilla bean extract, which gave the cocktail some complexity. Highly recommended!
Perfect start of the fall cocktails! I also left out the rich sugar syrup - the maple syrup is enough for me.
I have tried this cocktail with both 5 ml and 10 ml lime juice: Both very tasty, but I prefer the version with 10 ml lime - very fresh!
