I was really surprised a) how it tasted similar to a Bakewell Tart and b) how much I liked it! I don't usually drink Cognac, so this was a lovely surprise.
The black salt definitely gives the drink a sharp start! Great for parties for a dramatic look; add an orange slice
Tried and found it too strong
We liked this the first time, without a lime wedge to hand or peach bitters.
It's very nice; smooth taste, fruity. Could do with a lemon or something to add some zing!

We didn't like this; think the soda water gives it an 'off taste' - must have mixed it wrong!
Tried this and loved it! The raspberry liqueur makes it; so much better than all those cheap sports bar versions!
