Incredible interplay between the Amontillado and the Benedictine. Used an orange twist that gave a decadent nose.

Very tasty with Gosling's and the right amount of maraschino. Used Ramazotti for the Amaro since it was on hand and surprisingly it's a little lost. Want to try again with some other subs (think Abano might be a good choice).
This is another level of Negroni goodness. Hendricks for the gin, Formula Antica for vermouth, and Laphroaig 10 for the peat. Possibly even better than the OG Negroni, and an orange twist is very welcome.
This is wonderful! Made with a homemade banana liqueur and think this will be the test drink for future batches. Banana and Fernet are a dream combo, fantastic drink.
Surprised by how much I could taste the gin (Ford's) in the balance but it was wonderfully melded. Definitely will go back and try other gins.
Made the maraschino version for the first time tonight with Cocchi Storico and it was alright, but Craddock's version with some syrup and a lemon twist never fails to be delicious.
Lovely sultry riff on a riff. Tonight ran out of Campari *just* under 3/4 oz so filled the last 1/8 or so with Cynar which is a fun variation. Flamed orange peel is a nice touch too.
Did mine with 1.5 of Rittenhouse to kill off the bottle, but the vermouth (used Cocchi) still comes through. Curious how it would be with Peychaud's instead of Angostura.
Can confirm, Peychaud's makes a wonderful (and better) version.

Nice and complex but need to try it with a different rum. Used a 5-year column rum (The Navigator) and it was bullied by the vermouth. Orange bitters and zest brings it together.
Cynar/carciofo amaro, Brown sugar syrup, Egg (white & yolk), Aromatic bitters
Made with Goslings, very tasty. Had sweet lime instead of the usual so bumped it up to 1/2 oz for extra tartness (lemon is essential too). A very different Daiquiri.
This is a good drink! Not too sweet for me using Woodford Reserve. Took Garrett's advice with some orange oils on top and highly recommend. Ends with that distinctive Cynar bitterness. As the drink dilutes, the cocoa notes increase.
