Paloma Difford

Any update on availability?

Hi John, the latest update is that we expect to have them by end October. I can email you when they are available.

Happy Birthday from Canada Paloma. Hope you have a great day. Make sure Simon gets you something nice and treats you to a wonderful meal. All the best.

Thank you!

Hello! Can I use Fee Brothers fee foam for this?

Hi, yes you can! Three dashes would be about right.

Couple typos in this one

Hi Jason, oopsy, many thanks for spotting these...now fixed!

In his review, perhaps our good and generous host succumbed to a Freudian slip, and may wish to now cover his tracks. 🙂

Must have been a late night...now corrected!

Sorry to say but it's not Ferraud but Ferrand family

Many thanks for letting us know about the typo...this has been fixed!

Hello, I want to buy this book and send it to China.

Hi, please could you email me with your address including postal code in China and I will be able to obtain a shipping quote...hello@diffords.com Thank you! Paloma

Hello, Good evening I can buy the book in India

Hello, many thanks for your message, I've emailed you with information. We can ship to India, although the international shipping rates are really expensive, especially at the current time.

我应该怎么联系你

Hi, you can send us an email at hello@diffordsguide.com Thanks!

(thumbs-down was an error... it won't let me undo!}

Hi, thanks for letting us know, that was a bug...now fixed!

After reading the comments, reduced the lime by 10%. Was definitely on the dry side, most enjoyable though. Used the recommended substitution Cocchi Vermouth Amaro...And then my cat tipped it over. Deliberately! Agent of entropy. (That's why we call him Mewsifer.) I'm making another. All is forgiven.

They love mischief, and we always forgive!

For someone who's not into regular cocktail R&D, Paloma did a fantastic job! What a great nutty combination with the coconut and sherry! The Benedictine adds equal parts honey and complexity and the rum adds a wonderful spirituosness, particularly with the c0conut too. Inspired.

Thanks Chris! Simon, 👀

It is now NYE 2025 and one year later I am trying this drink for the first time. A fitting end to the year!

Happy New Year 🥂

Any update on if it is coming back to Amazon in the US? I’d like to buy an extra one.

Hi Chris, the Easy Jigger will be widely available in the US through our new US partner very soon...stock is already in the country. I'll update you here when it's available on Amazon US.

Nice tiki style garnish!

Thank you!

Really nice, I have joined Difford's simply to be able to say this. My suggestion: I had no Lillet Blanc opened and I was too lazy to go to the cellar for another bottle, so I substituted Cocchi Americano. From Kevin Currie's comment on the sweetness I thought this would work well and it was great! A new favorite to share with friends.

Welcome Justin!

Delicious. This Ferro China really is miraculous. As the Monkees sang, I'm a Baliva.

There's not a trace of doubt in my mind...it really works well in this cocktail.

I can’t see any Genipi cocktails or even it listed as an ingredient anywhere. It is sort of absinthe like but more herbal. Do you guys not recognise it as a cocktail ingredient?

Hi Gareth, we have 11 recipes with genepi liqueur. If you go to Cocktail Finder and look under the liqueur dropdown you'll see genepi liqueur listed there. And there's a further 44 recipes contributed by the community. Cheers!

I uh, do not think using 90g of saline solution would make a good drink :)

uh oh, Friday brain in action...Simon has fixed it. Should be 3 drops of saline solution. Thanks for letting us know Avery.
