Quite light but incredibly balanced and flavorful. All ingredients are key for the balance
Very apt name considering the huge creme de menthe proportion. Would probably reduce this to 1/3 oz though, to let the other ingredients develop
Even better with an additional half oz of falernum (or full oz to replace the simple syrup)
Added 1/2 of Wray and nephew, and it does indeed elevate the drink
