Is 30ml of orange bitters an error? It feels like a lot…

Astonishing cocktail. Orange blossom water so often tends to dominate but the vanilla softens it and the whole is gloriously harmonious.

Really enjoyed this. Similar to the Genever Collins but the bitters temper the sweetness and add a bit of earthiness. Will make this again.

I normally make this with Roku and it’s great, but tonight I made it with Ukiyo blossom gin and it really ups the floral aspect. Not everyone’s cup of tea but if you like that sort of thing, I recommend giving it a try.
