This is the first release of Knockando in Diageo's Special Releases series. Aged in first fill ex-sherry European Oak casks this is an unusual, richly flavoured expression.
Released in October 2011 and bottled at natural cask strength, fewer than 4,500 individually numbered bottles were made available worldwide.

Aparência:
Clear, polished mahogany with crimson highlights.
Aroma:
Sherry-covered Christmas cake and scratched old leather nose with jarred mincemeat.
Sabor:
Dry, bitter chocolate palate with cedar wood and burnt toast going into espresso.
Aftertaste:
Bitter espresso finish with tannins, clove oil spice. Fades with struck match.
