New Orleans Amber is a blend of rums aged over three years. Distilled in a combination pot and column still from blackstrap molasses, Amber derives its colour and some of its flavour from the addition of caramel made at the Celebration distillery.

Aparência:

Clear, bright amber.

Aroma:

Buttery fudge/toffee with poached pear, delicate spice, honey and nubuck leather.

Sabor:

Brawny, buttery caramel with sweet toffee, crème caramel and black pepper spice. Straight forward and honest rather than sophisticated.

Aftertaste:

Medium length, caramel with lingering peppery, cinnamon spice.
