(Bottle No. 073) Clear, burnished copped amber appearance.
Lightly vanillered oaky, new leather nose with waxy floral aromas, maple sap, burnt orange oil, floral smoke and faint red apple skin.
(Diluted back to approx 40%.) Leathery, honeyed palate with warm ginger spice, orange blossom and honey.
The slightly smoky finish starts with sweet pear notes which fade into bitter-sweet charcoal and subtle dark orange chocolate.
