Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/02/2012

Appearance:

Clear, dark chestnut reddy-brown with thick head with quickly fades to sparse layer of foam leaving light lacing.

Aroma:

Bloody meaty, red-wine influenced lightly hoppy nose with faint fruity nuttyness.

Taste:

Meaty flavours continue to the fabulously balanced palate with nuts, fruit, citrusy pine hops, caramel and tea-like tannins. Slight metallic note.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter medium length finish with lingering fruit tea flavours.
