Nog is brewed with Maris Otter pale, crystal and chocolate malts and is hopped with Fuggles and Goldings hops. This is bottle conditioned, so pour carefully to ensure you leave any yeast sediment in the bottle.

A nog is believed to be an almost lost and forgotten porter style of East Anglian ale, boasting dark and sweet roast malt flavours.

Aparência:

Clear but almost opaque, reddish black with thin but lasting beige head leaving moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Subdued, liquorice and charcoal nose with biscuity malt, espresso coffee and bitter chocolate.

Sabor:

Malty, chocolate and espresso coffee with some nuttiness and pretzels.

Aftertaste:

Lingering black pepper, bitter chocolate and espresso.
