Made with water, Norfolk raspberries, lemons, British beet sugar and citric acid without the use of colourings, flavourings, concentrates or preservatives (well, save the citric acid). Once opened, refrigerate and consume within three months.

Aparência:

Clear, bright ruby.

Aroma:

Fresh raspberry with pastry notes and faint rose petal.

Sabor:

(undiluted) Raspberry jam palate with notes of fresh raspberry and bitter raspberry seeds, surprisingly tart considering the sugar content.

Aftertaste:

Pastry notes re-emerge as the fruity finish fades.
