Made with water, Norfolk strawberries, limes, British beet sugar and citric acid without the use of colourings, flavourings, concentrates or preservatives (well, save the citric acid). Once opened, refrigerate and consume within three months.

Appearance:

Clear, orangey amber.

Aroma:

Fresh ripe strawberry, strawberry jelly and a faint dairy aroma (strawberry ice cream), with little sign of promised lime notes (undiluted).

Taste:

Fresh strawberry coolie, with lime zest building through the mid-palate.

Aftertaste:

Fading strawberry jam and strawberry jelly with lime zest on the finish.
