Avaliação e degustação

Experimentado em 08/12/2012

Aparência:

(bottle 80 of 318) Clear, deep coppery amber with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Boatyard varnish, fried fruit, linseed and burnt fruitcake with vanilla and floral honeysuckle.

Sabor:

Dry, oaky, spiced palate with more burnt fruit cake, brazil nuts, oak tannins and eucalyptus and pine needles.

Aftertaste:

Lingering dry oaky sherry with blackened fruitcake. Full appreciation of this malt is reliant on judicious dilution – neat is too much but a splash completely kills it.
