Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/11/2013

Appearance:

Clear, pale to mid-golden amber.

Aroma:

Rich, honeyed, lightly smoked poached pear and apple cider with clove spice.

Taste:

Spiced apple cider, cinnamon apple pie with thick buttery pastry, delicate smoke and boiled sweets.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering lightly smoked spicy poached pear. Enjoy a full-strength as even a splash of water kills this sweet, fruity lightly smoked malt.
