Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/01/2014

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pear skin and flash, bung cloth and antiseptic. Water releases grilled almond and subtle floral aromas.

Taste:

This high strength malt demands water to tame its fire. Black pepper and cinnamon spice even with water, grilled almond, pie crust pastry and toffee.

Aftertaste:

Dry walnuts, burnt toast, herbal finish.
