Appearance:

Clear, golden.

Aroma:

Ripe apricot, honey, cinnamon spice and faint citrus peel.

Taste:

Syrupy and initially very sweet before peppery spirit, cinnamon spice and citrus zest kick in. Honey flavoured with faint apricot, mango and grapefruit zest.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and cinnamon spice with faint apricot and mango.
