Based on Demerara rum from Guyana's Diamond Distillery made using locally produced sugar cane molasses and traditional pot and column distillation blended with clementine, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, cinnamon and clove.
Diablesse Rum is named after a temptress of Caribbean folklore, a human turned demon due to her deals with the devil said to have a beautiful figure but a hideous face hidden by a large brimmed hat and a long dress covering that one of her legs ends in a cow hoof. She is said to walk with one foot on the road and her cow hoof on the grass verge.

Aparência:
Clear, deep burnished coppery amber.
Aroma:
Gingerbread, fruit cake, cinnamon, clove, white pepper, vanilla and orange marmalade.
Sabor:
Zesty orange, cream-of-soda vanilla, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and pimento spice. Sugary sweetness helps smooth fiery peppery spice.
Aftertaste:
Spicy black pepper, cinnamon, pimento and gingerbread.
No geral:
Assertive hot spice with gingerbread, fruit cake and marmalade.
