This Lebanese gin is made at Domaine des Tourelles with 14 Lebanese botanicals and unusually, it is rested in clay jars prior to bottling to help round the spirit.

Established in 1868, Domaine des Tourelles is one of the oldest wineries in the Middle East and is regarded not only for its wines but also its arak.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Earthy piney juniper with an attractive minty freshness.

Taste:

Bone dry. Piney juniper-forward with bark/earthy notes, a pronounced minerality, and black pepper zing.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper spiced piney juniper finish.

Overall:

Dry and reassuringly juniper-forward with cleansing minty freshness and black pepper spice.
