Kástra Elión is a family-owned Greek vodka distilled from greek olives hand-picked in the Nafpaktos region blended with a mix of grains before distilling. The finished vodka has subtle olive notes but should not be considered an "olive-flavoured vodka".
The Nafpaktos castle stands over the region's olive groves and this vodka's name comes from the Greek words for castle (kastro) and olives (elión, derivative of eliás).
