Based on organic wheat alcohol nine times distilled and with no added sugar, Seiers say their Allspice Bitter "goes well with dark spirits like whiskey, dark rum or spiced rum.
Matching with food, it goes well with Asian food. When picking fruits to work with think autumn. A perfect example would be to pair the Allspice Bitter with pear they just work fantastically together. It also goes great with the flavours of vanilla – and, in particular, Irish or Bourbon whiskey."
Cloudy, deep greeny-brown.
Pungent, red and black peppercorns with menthol freshness.
Bitter, enlivening peppercorn with clove and menthol.
Familiar fruity pepper pimento notes are somewhat masked by rooty bitterness.
