Review and Tasting

Sampled on 16/01/2023

Appearance:

Crystal clear with effervescence.

Aroma:

Pungent yuzu citrus and quinine.

Taste:

Good balance between citrusy yuzu, quinine bitterness and just enough sugar. Very clean and cleansing.

Aftertaste:

Slight floral notes image with continued yuzu freshness and light quinine bitterness.

Overall:

A yuzu-flavoured tonic water that is hard to fault.
