Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/06/2023

Appearance:

Opaque, deep magenta. Thick syrup.

Aroma:

Red grapes and blackcurrant jam.

Taste:

Sweet raspberry and red grape.

Aftertaste:

Sweet jam with a slight tartness.

Overall:

A good opportunity to incorporate the flavour of Jabuticaba fruit in cocktails made far away from its Brazilian origin.
