Review and Tasting

Sampled on 31/07/2023

Appearance:

Clear, pale yellow amber.

Aroma:

Pineapple, candied fruit and wine vinegar.

Taste:

The bite of white wine vinegar balances rich pineapple, cooked pineapple and candied fruit.

Aftertaste:

A continuation of the palate with lingering buttered and caramelised fruit.

Overall:

Well-balanced and subtle in flavour. Surprisingly easy, even appealing, to sip on neat but a very useful and versatile cocktail ingredient, particularly for low and no-alcohol drinks.
