Inspired by classic, clarified milk punches, Rockey's is made with a blend of green apple, pineapple, green tea, black tea, and citrus fortified with a small amount of American, neutral grain spirit.

Serve chilled over ice or mixed with a base spirit as a cocktail ingredient.

Rockey's has a low-sugar content and is gluten-free and lactose-free.

Rockey's was launched in the fall of 2018 by Eamon Rockey, a New York bartending veteran and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.

The striking bottle and label was designed by Stranger & Stranger who say it was, "Inspired by the iconic water towers and vintage advertising facades of Brooklyn – this repack is a true reflection of its roots!"

Appearance:

Clear, pale amber.

Aroma:

Delicate and fruity - cooked apple juice, tropical fruit and chamomile.

Taste:

Sweet (honey-like) and sour with fruity citrus, apple and pineapple, toned by delicate tea tannins.

Aftertaste:

Rich and honeyed cooked apple juice, balanced by citrus sourness and cleansing acidity.

Overall:

Made for mixing, Rockey's is the first milk punch-style liqueur we have encountered and is an interesting innovation in the liqueur category.
