Made by mezcalero Roberto Gutiérrez Ramírez next to the river in the mountainous forests of the village of San Jose Rio Minas.
Made with naturally fermented Espadín, Arroqueño and Mexicano agave, milled by hand and twice distilled in tiny 60 litre clay steel pots stills with clay condensers and carrizo (Mexican bamboo) tubing.
