Appearance:
Clear, pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
Fairly restrained. Vanilla, peaches and dried apple peel with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Taste:
A mild mannered tequila. Leathery and delicately spiced with caramel, cinnamon, grissini, dried apricot and toasted almond with faint dark chocolate.
Aftertaste:
Lingering agave and delicate cinnamon spice.
