Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Oude genever
12 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 34 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water, lightly stir and serve with straws.

Review:

Every ingredient, apart from the sugar, has at some time been consumed for its medicinal qualities. Even sugar is still used to make bitter-tasting medicine more palatable. Some might say that's just what I've done here.
