22.5 ml | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
0.9 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
4 gram | Black pepper |
10 gram | Rocket/Arugula salad leaves |
75 ml | Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon |
