| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 0.9 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
| 15 ml | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
