Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20 ml Liquore Strega
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
0.9 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
15 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
