FAIR AND WARMER COCKTAIL.

1/3 Italian Vermouth.
2/3 Bacardi Rum.
2 Dashes Curaçao.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
The "No. 2" was added to the name when the recipe was repeated in William Boothby's 1934 The World's Drinks And How To Mix Them, where it follows another "Fair & Warmer" recipe.

Sherry .......... 1/3 jigger
Dubonnet ..... 1/3 jigger
Benedictine ... 1 dash
Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

Bacardi ............ 2/3 jigger
It. Vermouth ... 1/3 jigger
Curacoa ........... 2 dashes
Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
